- Mexican or foreing Embassy/Consulate request letter in your behalf
- 2 sets of ten-finger prints
- 2 passport size photos (front and right side)
- Proof of current address (usually an utility bill or legal residence document)
- Power of Attorney (we'll provide the form)
COPIES
- ID (Valid Passport)
- Birth Certificate (less than 5 years of issued)
- Military Service Card (only male mexicans)
- FM2 / FM3 card (for foreing nationals that lived legally in Mexico)

This Certificate is a document that states if a person has or not criminal records; it is required in third countries for immigration or other purposes to mexican nationals and foreign students, workers, family companions or even tourist that stayed in the country. It can only be issued within Mexico but previously requires a letter from the mexican or third country Embassy or Consulate.
